Being the manufacture of our designs we can personalize lighting fixtures in different heights, counters and a range of colors.
Items marked “Non-returnable” may not be cancelled or returned. Custom or Made-to-Order items, imported items, and certain items of large volume orders are also non-cancellable and non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our Customer Service Team.
As the manufacturers of our product we will always have a stock of all lighting parts in case of a Broken or harmed pieces that were damaged accidently as a result of wrong use of the client.

Ultra lighting is located in the new Tel Aviv port. All lighting fixtures listed are designed; handcrafted, detailed and finished by Ultra Lighting, therefore Ultra lighting provides a certificate of origin.
All free trade Agreements with Israel applied to Ultra lighting, including U.S, EU (27 countries), EFTA – Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Mexico, Canada, Jordan, Egypt, Mercosur).
Standards
All electronic devices are Certified Standards of IOS (International Organization for Standardization) or IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) which is within Europin or the U.S standards
Time
Manufacturing time- We will ship your order the fastest, most reliable way possible to ensure your purchase arrives ready for you to enjoy.
Orders take up to 45 days from the minute order is placed until it is shipped.
Shipping time- Worldwide door to door, insured shipping with top reliable companies such as FedEx, UPS and TNT.
Shipping time depends on your country and order.
For protection our products will be sent in wooden boxes if needed.
Payment
We accept 50% payment when placing the order and 50% before shipping.
Full payment has to be completed before shipment.
Goods are released from customs payment and will only include IVA of each country.
